o Visitants are allowed at OneCare’s group facilities. Visitants are required to wear a mask, social distance and undergo in a screening before entering facility. o Families are requested to plan for visits at the facility or for extended vacations so that the team can discuss the rules & regulations based on vaccination status.

o OneCare day programs and PSRs are open. o Visitants are allowed but wearing a mask is mandatory, comply social distancing rules and partake in a screening prior to entry into the building. o Crew and people, we support must also follow mask, social distancing and screening guidelines as well.

o Visitants are only allowed at OneCare’s Facility-Based Crisis Services locations by appointment. Visitants should speak with front desk representative to schedule an appointment, which will be coordinated within 30-minute intervals to comply appropriate social distancing. o Masks are mandatory for all crew, people we support, and visitants and COVID-19 screenings will be completed for

o New patient or established patient and walk-in services are available currently at all of OneCare’s outpatient behavioral health facilities. We continue to cater telehealth visits periodically. o All patients, visitant and crew at our clinics are required to wear face masks & cover both mouth & nose, comply social distancing and other safety measures,
